Although most of the attention in the Air Max world has been on the AM90 & 95 – both celebrating significant milestones – the Plus line looks to grab some of the spotlights with an increasing number of releases hitting shelves. After recently announcing herea Nike Air Max Plus “Laser Blue” colorway, the artist’s at Nike HQ is now dropping an alternate colorway that presents a darker palette.
The predominantly black upper is constructed using a breathable mesh that plays host to the “Laser Blue” to black gradient cage overlays which results in a foot-hugging fit. A white midsole unit envelops translucent windows to show off the TN cushioning tech, black rubber outsole with an adjoining mid-foot shank provides the traction when it’s needed most. The laser blue hue also saturates the medial Swoosh, tongue details, and branding, completing the design are the TN emblems located on the heel, outsole, and insoles.
