The Nike Air Max Plus Toggle Appears in Black and Olive

Toggle lacing systems are no stranger to the Air Max Plus this season, with yet another tug-to-tighten TN appearing today in an autumnal black and olive arrangement.

Centered around an olive mesh upper, the pair iis heavy-handed on black accents, including suede mudguards and tongue tips, glazed-on overlays, and murdered-out sole units underfoot. But what it lacks in creative blocking, it makes up for in material and utilitarian additions. Noticeably, the pair’s cross-over lacing reaches right down to the mudguard and is fixed at the tongue’s tip by a toggle lock; But there’s more to it than that. It’s modified mesh upper houses a reflective underlayer, whilst its signature vein overlays are replaced by a subtle glazed-on print.

An official release date for this new Air Max Plus Toggle “Olive” is unknown, but you should expect to see it sneak into select retailers and Nike.com in the coming months.
