The Nike Air More Uptempo GS “USA Tie-Dye” Releases Again This Week

Slowly-but-surely Scottie Pippen’s infamous over-branded Nike Air Uptempo is working its way back into the Swoosh’s roster of releases, with another pair popping up in a patriotic palette — with a tie-dye twist. This Gradeschool-exclusive Nike Air More Uptempo “USA Tie-Dye” follows the re-up of Scottie P’s Atlanta Olympic shoes, and the recent Asian release of a pair simply dubbed “Scottie Pippen”. Like the latter, this release arrives with a white leather upper but calls upon the USA’s national colors in navy and red in equal measure. Rich reds drape the midfoot “AIR” lettering, heel pull, Air supports and sole unit Swoosh sets, with Navy reserved for the pair’s sole unit, tongue pill laces, forefoot embroidered and rear jewel Swoosh, as well as the pair’s champion finish, the Tie-Dye print splayed across the aforementioned red lettering.
