Since its 20th anniversary celebration back in 2020, Tobie Hatfield’s legendary Nike Air Presto has cemented itself as a mainstay in Swoosh’s lifestyle catalog. Continuing into the early stages of 2023, the silhouette has just reappeared as part of a new Nike Sportswear collection that borrows other classic OG colorways — the Nike Air Presto “Iconcs”
Like others from the collection, this too, borrows a specific OG colorway from Nike’s extensive back catalog. Here, it’s Sean McDowell’s original Air Max Plus “Hyper Blue” — pictured below.
What the Plus does, the Presto does too, with gradient blue uppers, black cage overlays, and lemon-colored Checks, too; it even decorated the rear Nike Air branding in a finish akin to that seen on the gradient midfoot shank, when deployed.
