Just days out from its first-ever retail return, the long-awaited retro of the Nike Air Tuned Max OG will be accompanied by several new colorways, including this Philadelphia Eagles-like pair dubbed the Nike Air Tuned Max “Aquamarine”
Quite obviously, the pair’s titular hue is the sneaker’s most prominent feature, hitting the forefoot and ankle overlays in a glistening iridescent finish. It works from shades of blue and green under the sunlight, enhanced all the more thanks to its simple monochrome base beneath — a traditional Eagles palette. Bright white mesh uppers work with black caging, laces, and liners to provide the aforementioned a simple canvas in contrast to its attention-seeking iridescent. Though mostly black rubber, more hits to the titular hue are found underfoot, while the inclusion of grey midsoles is a perfect move, where a traditional white would likely have overpowered the upper’s key feature.
Though the official images of this Philadelphia Eagles Nike Air Tuned Max “Aquamarine” are available now, we’re not expecting to hear word on its release until later this Spring. As always, keep your eyes glued to our official Twitter account for further updates. Until then, enjoy a detailed look at the pair here below.
