Though we haven’t seen much from the Nike Cortez in this it’s 50th-anniversary season, it seems that Nike has plans for a bleated celebration in 2023, with the silhouette coming with new colorways hard and fast. It’s next, the Nike Cortez “Running Rabbit” has just appeared today by way of official Nike.com imagery.
Perha[ps a subtle nod to the impending Year of the Rabbit, the premium-built pair is fitted with insoles of illustrated running rabbits; The same insoles spotted on this equally-elegant Vomero 5. Like that runner, this is delivered in earthy hues and constructed with an upper crust; Here, it’s smooth tan leathers, pure white Swooshes and liners, and a caramel-colored sole unit underfoot; The pair is also fitted with Nike-branded kilties at the forefoot.
Though a release date for this new Nike Cortez “Running Rabbit” has not yet been revealed, the appearance of official imagery for the pair would indicate that a release is happening soon.
