Nike Sportswear is at the forefront of the brand's lifestyle efforts. In addition to helping celebrate milestone anniversaries for some of the company's most iconic designs, the branch continues to deliver playfully-themed collections for Women and Kids. Case in point?: The Dunk Low 'Mushroom.'
Inspired by nature, the pair is part of an expansive collection that's set to include an Air Force 1 Low and Zoom Vomero 5. Akin to these designs, the latest iteration of Peter Moore's 40-year-old creation features a spring-friendly medley of colors—'Pearl Pink/White/Olive Aura/Elemental Pink'—in addition to boasting funky embroidery of the mushroom kingdom. Snail-shaped figures appear across the forefoot, while flora and fungi "grow" from out of the midsole around the lower heel. Profile swooshes and tongues opt for non-standard fabric builds that inject more personality into the pair.
To tie the collection together, Nike Sportswear's popular silhouette features natural cork footbeds stamped with a playful mushroom character. The eco-friendly material also takes over Nike-branded labels on the tongue.
