With NBA All-Star Weekend 2026 heading to Los Angeles, it’s only fitting that Nike is returning one of the most memorable All-Star sneakers ever worn by a Laker. The Nike Kobe 6 “All-Star 3D Hollywood” is reportedly set to return in Spring 2026—15 years after its original debut during the 2011 All-Star festivities.
The “3D Hollywood” edition was one of two Kobe 6 colorways released for the 2011 All-Star Game, alongside a red-based version that saw a retro in 2021. The “3D” pair stood out with its wild stereoscopic upper design—complete with overlapping red and blue Swooshes and a lenticular-style pattern across the upper scales —channeling the energy of Kobe’s star power in Hollywood.
In 2025, Nike added a third, alternate All-Star-themed Kobe 6 to the mix, building further anticipation around the line’s archival comeback. Now, according to zSneakerheadz and Sneaker Files, the return of the “3D Hollywood” Kobe 6 is expected in early 2026, likely aligning with All-Star Weekend in Los Angeles.
No official imagery or release details have been confirmed yet, but with the Kobe line gaining momentum again—and with this colorway’s ties to LA and All-Star history—it’s safe to say this retro won’t go unnoticed.
