Following on from his debut “Mystery Box” drop and sophomore “Sisterhood” release, Kyrie Irving will be returning to something a little more traditional for the next release of his seventh signature sneaker. Reinstating a classic hardcourt colorway, The Nike Kyrie 7 “Bred” once again looks to the staple colorway for its early round of releases. This year we see a more traditional black/red release, with Nike designers going eas on the use of complementary whites in favor of a predominately black release. White is still visible, though, but only through the upper’s netting and insole. Save a few flashes, everything else arrives completely murdered out. As for the red, you can count the placements on one hand; Forefoot teeth, medial Swooshes, and rear embroidery are joined by outsole detail in Universit red, while a very subtle use of the hue is also found at the underside of the pair’s forefoot fasteners.
