"Persian Violet" Lands on the Nike Pegasus Premium

Nike's Pegasus Premium is set to have a huge 2025.

As the brand's marquee daily running shoe, the modern Nike Pegasus reappropriates legacy, proprietary technology through a future-forward lens. Full-length, visible Zoom Air creates a propulsive feeling underfoot, coupling with traditional foam for durability and impact-absorption. The silhouette's forefoot rocker contributes to the equation, delivering a more dynamic ride than the standard Pegasus 41.

On the visual side of things, the sculpted Air unit opts for rich 'Persian Violet' flair–perhaps as a nod to the iconic Air Max BW from 1991. The knit upper takes on fainter shades of the purple hue, with 'Ghost' and 'White' entering the mix. Underfoot, the robust tread keeps things simple in 'Black' all while nodding to some of Nike's earliest running footwear.
