With Paul George only playing 31 games last season, it seems that we got more action out of his signature Nike sneaker than we did from the man himself. Nike were slow on the releases since its revelation in late 2021, but through the remainder of the season, the colorways flowed on. But before we get to PG’s seventh Nike sneaker, the Swoosh has one more up their sleeve.
A light and bright colorway for the summer season, this new effort employs pastel hues of blue, punk, purple, and sherbert set agaisnt striking white sole units. The upper, likely a drawing inspired by his daughters Olivia an Natasha, sports a crayon-like scribble on the profile panels that encompass the pair’s overarching palette. Swooshes on the lateral and medial heels follow this hand-drawn aestethic, before solid hues at the toe, tongue, and collar counter the doodles to complete the design.
A release date for this new Nike PG is not yet known, but with official images of the pair becoming available, one would suggest that a release is imminent. So until more detail emerge, grab an official look at the pair here below, and be sure to keep your eyes glued to our official Twitter account for further updates.
