Nike is showing big love to their professional hoops athletes this February, with each signature athlete receiving a special-edition release for lover’s day. Next up is Clipper Paul George, with this Nike PG 6 “Valentine’s Day” joining King James, the Greek Freak, and Kyrie Irving’s offerings.
Not your typical V-Day release, this Nike PG 6 “Valentine’s Day” is delivered differently, with deep teal and pastel green uppers working with accents of peachy-orange throughout. It’s heavy on butterfly and floral motifs, with the quarter panels and eyestays featuring the motifs respectively. The aforementioned orange accentuations arrive in the form of tongue pulls and profile Swooshes, as well as the marbelized outsoles and special graphic insoles. The pair is then completed by special V-Day hang tags, and a Nike Cherub-branded box.
