Back in July 2024, the Swoosh revealed that it'd be reviving the iconic Nike Total 90 III silhouette as part of its lifestyle product line. As the world awaits to relive its footballing past (or simply indulge in the aesthetic), the model continues to expand its roster of styles.
Pairs previewed during the brand's SNKRS Showcase skewed towards the flashy. Patent leather builds across 'Black' and 'Silver' versions evoked memories of figures like Cristiano Ronaldo, Zlatan Ibrahimović, and Frank Ribery dominating the pitch in the Nike Mercurial line. A newly-surfaced 'Sail/Light Orewood Brown,' however, delivers a more reserved look that would've certainly be feared on any indoor pitch in the mid-2000s.
The Luis Figo-approved silhouette opts for a semi-transparent makeover for its latest look. The understated outfit sees shades of white across all of its components, with the Total 90 series' signature branding appearing on the medial mid-foot, off-center tongue, and lateral heel. The 'Gum Dark Brown' outsole underfoot recalls the glory days of Nike Football while allowing casual fashion enthusiasts to keep things versatile with their footwear.
A firm Nike.com release date hasn't been disclosed by the Swoosh as of yet, but that's likely to change as spring gets going. In the meantime, enjoy retailer photography by JD Sports below. The Total 90 III is expected to land with a price tag of $100.
