Nike’s Earth Day Collection Releases on April 22nd
Love your world.
Nike’s push for sustainability in recent years has led them down a path of fueled innovation, driving down their negative impact on the world over the years with new techniques and mindful approaches to their products and materials. The latter has recently served up the all-new Flyleather, utilizing its recycled fiber and lessening the impact on the globe along the way. But with Earth Day approaching, now it’s time to really celebrate Nike‘s ecological innovation.
LA-artist, and designer Steve Harrington has once again teamed up with the Swoosh to deliver a trio of Flyleather Nike icons, the Cortez, the Blazer Low, and the Air Force 1, each arriving anchored in all-white. Adorning each pair is Harrington’s unique illustrations on the lateral panels, all depicting an Earth-loving motif. Cartoon mini Swooshes appear on the forefeet, with his signature palm tree icon arriving on the heel’s instep and tongue tags. All three pairs arrive with alternating blue and green hits on the sole and or heel branding to complete the design.
Grab an official look at all three pairs below, which are set to land on Nike.comon April 22nd, with prices ranging from $80 to $100.
