Urrrr Outta Here.
Boogie Cousins is literally the best present we could hope for in the NBA. Not only is he super-skilled on both end of the floor, he also pulled a KD and moved to the much-hated Warriors.
You could say he’s KD 2.0. And like KD, it’s a love/hate relationship we all have with him. But there’s one extra asset that Boogie brings to the table that KD just can’t match.
Volatility.
Cousins always leads the NBA in technical fouls and ejections by a wide margin. WHich make him even better to watch.
To that last point, you think he’d be out of contention for 2018 while he’s rehabbing from that serious Achilles injury, right?
Wrong. Cousins still found a way to draw the ire of NBA refs.
You can’t make this stuff up, DeMarcus Cousins just got ejected from the game during a timeout. Wearing street clothes

Even wearing a sport coat and jeans, Cousins can still get tossed from a game. During a timeout, Cousins was berating referee Scott Foster, which prompted his ejection.

Box-score stuffing numbers and vocal, occasionally violent ejections are essentially Cousins’ brand at this point. And Boogie doesn’t discriminate. Not even Russell Westbrook was safe.

Alas, it’s too late in his career to get Cousins to change his ways. This is who he is. And we’ wouldn’t want it any other way.
