Ahead of the UEFA European Women's Championship, Adidas Football has announced the latest innovation from its experienced Research & Development and Design teams: the F50 SPARKFUSION boot.
An evolution to the legendary Adidas F50 series, the SPARKFUSION franchise has been built by and for the beautiful game's women athletes. The dedicated team at the Three Stripes fathered and studied insight from its biggest-ever pool of women testers and footballers in order to develop a boot that supports the performance requirements of the female body in today's modern game.
Team USA's Trinity Rodman and Spain's Vicky Lopez were amongst the dozens of women who provided feedback crucial to the development of F50 SPARKFUSION.

Some of the boot-specific components to appear on the Women's F50 SPARKFUSION include:
- Fusionlast, a bespoke last prioritizing improved fit and lockdown from forefoot to heel.
- Fusionsole Sockliner, an internal element that provides enhanced arch support.
- SPRINTFRAME Fusion FG/AG, an all-new sole plate featuring semi-conical studs to aid ease of rotation.
- Pivot Stud, a new, central stud column that works in-tandem with an adjusted stud configuration informed by foot pressure point data. An additional fourth stud has been added to boot's outer side to distribute pressure load more easily while enabling compatibility on both natural and artificial grass.
The Women's F50 SPARKFUSION by Adidas arrives in an eye-catching "Violet Tone/Lucid Lemon/Purple Rush" color scheme. The boot is available in a hero mid-cut trim, in addition to low-top laced and laceless versions. All versions of the boot—including the Elite edition—will begin rolling out globally via Adidas.com today.
