Fresh off the commercial and critical success of his sixth studio album, Bad Bunny is getting ready to launch his Adidas Ballerina collaboration.

Teased throughout Summer 2024, the silhouette abandons the chunky, exaggerated proportions of the Puerto Rican superstar's past footwear projects in favor of a sleek, close-to-the-ground design. Bad Bunny's impending Ballerina collection consists of three colorways that skew towards the tonal–'Core Black', 'Cloud White', and yellow. Recently, retailer Foot Patrol shared photos of the darkest pair of the trio.

Straight from the expansive Adidas Archives, the silhouette has been given a lifestyle update to ensure easy wearability and extensive durability. A mix of materials take over the shoes' upper, with suede reinforcement arrive around the toe and across the heel. 'Metallic Silver' benito text lands on the lateral profile as a nod to the Three Stripes' collaborator. The shoe box is identical to the SL 72 collaboration by Bad Bunny from late last year.

A speed-lace system replaces traditional ballerina flat laces, while the rubber outsole provides decent coverage for the outdoors. As with other Bad Bunny x Adidas products, the size tags are stitched onto the shoes' spine.

Enjoy a closer look at the Adidas Ballerina 'Core Black' by Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio below. Photos of the rest of the collection will be added as they surface. The collaboration should arrive before May for $120 per pair.
