This week in the sneaker world, we witnessed some massive leaks for 2024, first glimpses at highly anticipated collaborations, and confirmed release dates for must-have kicks.

Leading the pack was Nike, as rumors swirled around the return of the Air Jordan 4 "Military Blue" and the Nike Air Foamposite One "Galaxy" as part of the company's 2024 lineup.

We also got a very first look at the A Ma Maniere x Air Jordan 5, and news of an impending Tropy Room collaboration on the Air Jordan 1 Low OG.

Over at Team Three Stripes, Jerry Lorenzo finally took the wraps off the first-ever footwear collaboration between Fear of God and adidas. Though Lorenzo has remained tight-lipped about the specifics of the silhouette, the unnamed shoe resembles the American designer's previous work.

Whilst all of those pertain to the distant future, we did receive some news for the immediate future, with official looks and release dates provided for the "Gigi" Kobe 4s, Jarritos x Nike SB Dunk Lows, and Bad Bunny x adidas Campus "Olive."

    Salomon also made a splash with a LORENZ.OG link-up.

Grab a full recap of this past week's top stories below, and keep your eyes locked on our official Twitter account for this coming week's news as it happens.

The Air Jordan 4 “Military Blue" Releases On May 4th

The OG Air Jordan 4 "Military Blue" is set for a grand retro return in Summer 2024. It has been over a decade since the last retail release of the "Military Blue" Air Jordan in 2012, with Jumpman branding. In September 2021, NIKE, Inc. unveiled a golf-specific rendition of the model, and last year we received a black rendition of the release. The sneaker has never been reissued with OG Nike Air branding. All that will change come Summer 2024, with the upcoming re-release anticipated to resemble the original 1989 specifications closely. It is also expected to release in full family sizing. [Ad] Expect the pair to look close to the mock-up imagery above, and expect to learn (and see) more soon. First Looks // Pusha T x adidas Supernova 7 "Thorn"

Terrence LeVarr Thornton — globally known as Pusha T — has reignited his partnership with the Three Stripes, unveiling his latest collaboration, the Pusha T x adidas Supernova Thorn, at Coachella this week. Drawing inspiration from the juxtaposition of beauty and danger, the Adidas Supernova Thorn showcases an intriguing blend of styles. The sneaker's design concept revolves around the idea of a rose bush with its delicate flowers and sharp thorns. This represents the duality of life, where one must endure hardships to experience true beauty.

LORENZ.OG Lends His ‘Patented Colorschemes’ to an Official Salomon ACS+ Collaboration

Lorenzo Federici, better known as LORENZ.OG, has established a unique reputation in the footwear industry for his vibrant ‘Patented Colorschemes’ custom designs. With a proprietary dyeing process that he invented to produce vivid gradients, he initially focused on sneakers before branching out into customizing clothing. Recognizing the potential of his innovative work, Salomon has now teamed up with Federici for a limited edition collection, Lorenzo's first official footwear collaboration.

The Air Jordan 17 Low Returns in 2024

Nearly two decades after its debut, the largely overlooked Air Jordan 17 Low is rumored to return in 2024. The shoe was designed by Wilson Smith III — of More Uptempo fame — and worn by Michael Jordan during his first season with the Washington Wizards, including the legendary "Lightning" colorway from the 2002 NBA All-Star Game. When it first debuted in February 2002, the sneaker was the most expensive Air Jordan, partly due to its unique features: metal briefcase and CD-ROM, inspired by traveling jazz musicians.
